Are the search engines according priority to mobile friendly webistes?

The upcoming days are for mobile devices.So google gab this trend as a tool for its next level of business and therefore it will grab more user by allowing mobile friendly sites on a high rank in it's search result.....

These days most of the people prefer to browse internet through their mobile devices, so you have to build your site with mobile compatibility.
